ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001:2015 helps an organization achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organization itself and interested parties. Consistent with the organization's environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include:
a) Enhancement of environmental performance;
b) Fulfilment of compliance obligations;
c) Achievement of environmental objectives.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS). It provides a framework for organizations to
a) Manage and improve their occupational health and safety performance
b) Reduce workplace injuries and illnesses, and
c) Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
The standard emphasizes the importance of top management leadership, worker participation, hazard identification and risk assessment, and continual improvement. ISO 45001:2018 is applicable to all organizations, regardless of their size, industry, or location. It is designed to be integrated with other management systems, such as ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management).
